Who we are
Glisk Studio Ltd, 23 Park Circus, Glasgow, G3 6AP (Registered in Scotland: SC856695), is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our ICO registration is currently pending; this policy will be updated with our registration number once it is issued.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you contact us by email (your name, email address, and message) and when you sign up to our email newsletter (your email address). We also use Google Analytics, which collects standard analytics data (such as pages visited and general location) via cookies.
How we use it
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, and your email address to send the newsletter you signed up for, on the basis of your consent. We use Google Analytics data to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it.
Third parties
We use MailerLite to manage and send our email newsletter, and Google Analytics to measure website traffic. Newsletter data is retained by MailerLite for as long as you remain subscribed, and for up to 2 years after, in line with their data retention practices.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to withdraw consent (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter) at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at sarah@gliskstudio.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
